It’s important that you log in to ensure your information is correct and that you have set up your new payment method.

How to Log In

At Spillerforeningen, we have launched the new membership system Membercare.
With Membercare, it’s now easier for you to manage your information and set up simple membership payments using both MobilePay and credit card.

You Need to Update Your Payment

The new payment solutions mean that your membership payments via Betalingsservice have been discontinued.

Therefore, it’s important that you go to »My Page« in Membercare and update your payment agreement. Here, you can also make sure your personal details are correct.

First Time Logging In

  1. Go to www.spillerforeningen.dk/min-side
  2. Click »Glemt password« (Forgot password)
  3. Enter your email and click »Send«
  4. You will then receive an email with a link to create a password

Please note: the email will be sent to the address we have registered for you in the system.

Remember to check your spam folder.

Here, you can also set up your new payment solution for your membership fee, ensuring future payments are made automatically.

First Time Logging In

First Time Logging In

If it’s your first time logging in at spillerforeningen.dk/min-side, click »Glemt password« (Forgot password) on the login page.

Then, enter your email address to receive a link for creating your password.

Please note that you must use the same email address that is registered in our membership system — the one you receive emails from Spillerforeningen on.

View and Pay Your Membership Fee

View and Pay Your Membership Fee

When you’re logged in, go to »Mine fakturarer« (My Invoices) to view your membership fee and payment link.

Create a Payment Agreement

Create a Payment Agreement

Once logged in, you can create your new payment agreement.

This replaces Betalingsservice* (Direct Debit) and ensures that your membership fee is paid automatically going forward.

You can choose to set up your payment agreement using MobilePay or credit card.

To register your payment, click »Min profil« (My Profile) in the membership system.

At the bottom of the »Min profil« (My Profile) page, you can select your preferred payment method.

*Betalingsservice (Direct Debit) can no longer be used for membership fee payments.
